I have a brand new desktop that came w/ Windows 8.1 pre-installed. I've only had the computer a few days and all I've done is install a few programs I plan to use in the future. I've honestly barely used this computer at all.
However, so far, I've been completely unable to download any apps from the Windows Store. Every time I do I get a 'Something happened and this app couldn't be installed. Please try again. Error code: 0x80010108'
To fix that, so far I've tried restarting the computer, running wsreset.exe, activating my copy of Windows, entering payment info into my Windows Store account (even though I was trying to get a free app), and nothing seems to help. Although, the error code was slightly different before I tried those things.

I initially figured this was from server overloads, but it has been this way for three days now. Upon first installing Windows 10, I was able to download a couple apps, but ever since that night, I have had no success.
Also, the Twitter app that came with the installation out of the box will not work for me. Every time I try to log into the app, I get an error that Twitter could not validate my credentials. I know for a fact that I am using the right user/pass. https://ghever930.weebly.com/blog/pdf-encryption-software-free-download. I have been able to log in with it on my phone or the browser version with no problems. Just to be on the safe side, I changed my password thinking that may help. Still the same result. I have reinstalled the app several times and restarted my PC. Nothing seems to work.
